Co daje Training online ?

Online training is a training plan created especially for you, written in detail for each day. After your application, we will conduct consultations using a specially constructed survey, thanks to which we will get to know your possibilities and possible restrictions, current activity and training goals. Thanks to them, we will create your personalized, properly balanced training plan tailored to you and your needs. We do not use ready-made solutions that we use in all cases. This type of training also gives you the option of consulting an online trainer. We will explain to you the technique of exercises using the video clips we have selected, dispel doubts, check the effects and answer your questions.

Personal trainings

Regardless of the level of advancement and your training goal, we always stand behind you, we care about your safety on the way to reach the goal that you set up for yourself. We also conduct personal trainings in the form of training duets, details can be found directly below the table. Training costs may vary, depending on place and time classes would be running  and other economic factors, individual customer rates are set.

Online Coaching

Training plan created especially for you, based on the completed survey that we get from you or online training sessions conducted at a place and time that suits you. All you have to do is turn on the webcam and we will do everything to bring you to your goal using your home or gym. Define your training goals, strengths, weaknesses, the amount of time you intend to devote, which gives you the most fun and what you expect. As part of the guidance, you can count on constant contact with the trainer and leader, via email or pre-arranged live consultations on Skype or another communication platform. The cost depends on the option agreed with the client
