StrongFirst Girya as a hard style kettlebell training was born in special units of the Soviet Union. In the 1970s, its elements were used for Karate Do training, since the 1980s it has evolved as a system supporting training in martial arts and martial arts. Hard style uses the same principles as the foundation of basic lifts or strokes: maximum tension and relaxation. One of the most important elements of hard style is breathing. It gives us the potential to achieve maximum tension when we need it. So when? Swing, deadlift, press, punch, kick, long swap.
